How far in advance do I have to schedule my appointment?

Depending on what time you contact us, we can schedule you for same day services or schedule you in for the following business day.

What do I need to provide when getting a quote from a representative?

Not much! You will simply need to provide the

  • year, make and model (or VIN#) of your vehicle
  • the city you are located in
  • & indicate what service you need

What do I need to provide when inquiring about my insurance deductible?

Not much, either! Simply provide the

What is the difference between getting an estimate on your quote generator VIA your website VS speaking to a representative?

When you are given an estimate through the quote generator, all material and labor may not be included. It is simply estimating the costs given your vehicle information. On the other hand, when you speak to one of our representatives, the quote is accurate and does include all material and labor.

What do I need to bring with me for the appointment?

Yourself and your vehicle of course! Also, feel free to bring something to work on while you are waiting.

How long do windshield and door replacements take?

It varies depending on what vehicle you have. Typically, it takes about an hour.
